Long Term Service Packages

Choose a stress-free approach to hot tub ownership with our all-inclusive hot tub service packages. Our Weekly and Bi-Weekly Service Packages guarantee a clean and comfortable hot tub for you and your guests, while helping you control costs with one simple monthly fee. Property managers and VRBO units may best be served by our Vacation Rental Service Package which offers more flexibility and is adjusted for heavy use.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PACKAGES

$110.00/month – Weekly Service Package

Our Weekly Service Package is recommended for hot tubs being used two or more times per month. Ensure excellent water quality while keeping your equipment in top condition.


$70.00/month – Bi-Weekly Service Package (every other week)

Our Bi-Weekly Service Package is recommended for non-residents or for hot tubs being used only occasionally throughout the month. Maintain excellent water quality while providing the minimum maintenance needed to protect the longevity of your hot tub.

Visits include:

  • Complete water quality testing and chemical balancing

  • All chemicals are INCLUDED; no need for chemicals to be stored at your property

  • Inspection of water temperature and water level

  • Checks to ensure all jets and air controls are functioning

  • Hot tub vacuuming and surface cleaning

  • All equipment required for servicing is provided

  • Spring and Fall water change

  • Annual inspection of spa pack (including pump, heater and filter components) for leaks or malfunctions


VACATION RENTAL SERVICE PACKAGE

$140.00/month – Vacation Rental Weekly Service (Residential rates apply for unoccupied months)

Ensure excellent water quality for your guests while keeping your equipment in top condition. Our Vacation Rental Service Package is recommended for hot tubs at rental homes or high bather load hot tubs. These hot tubs’ use often exceeds hot tub capacity for filtration, sanitation, etc., and as a result more time and chemicals are required to balance and restore water quality. When occupancy dates are provided, we will visit the day after departure to ensure the tub is ready for your next guests. This allows for any damage or an extra water change to be charged in a timely matter to their deposit if need be.  Extra visits (every 2nd or 3rd day during occupancy) are encouraged at high use rental homes to maintain water quality. Visits include:

  • Weekly visit according to occupancy/departure dates provided

  • Complete water quality testing and chemical balancing

  • Inspection of water temperature and water level

  • Checks to ensure all jets and air controls are functioning

  • Hot tub vacuuming and surface cleaning

  • All chemicals are INCLUDED; no need for chemicals to be stored at your property

  • All equipment required for servicing is provided

  • Spring and Fall water change

  • Annual inspection of spa pack (including pump, heater and filter components) for leaks or malfunctions



ADDITIONAL FEES

These fees are applicable for all hot tub service packages:

  • Repairs are billed at $75.00/hour

  • Additional water changes are billed at $120.00/change

  • Extra owner or Property Management requested service visits are billed at $25.00/visit weekdays and $50/visit on weekends

  • Replacement filter cartridges, Frog mineral sticks/Vision cartridges, floating chlorinators and thermometers are extra

  • Cover cleaning and vinyl conditioning treatment to prolong cover life in the Spring and Fall is billed at $35.00/treatment

  • Optional Silk Balance Treatment for luxurious water: add $25/month for Bi-Weekly, $50/month for Weekly

  • Snow removal as needed for service access $15
